Biographie

Yuliia Zasimova was born in Luhansk in Eastern Ukraine. She has been taking singing lessons since she was 6 years old. From 2011 she studied at the Academy of Music P. Tchaikovsky in Kiev, graduating in 2016. During this time she was a member of the Academy’s opera studio, where she appeared as Amor in Orfeo et Euridice and Marfa in The Tsar’s Bride. In 2016 the lyric soprano took part in the International Grand Prix of Romania singing competition and reached the semi-final. In her spare time Yuliia also likes to spend time reading and cooking.
