Annette Dasch from Berlin is one of the leading sopranos of our time. She is a guest of the most important opera houses and festivals worldwide.
At the beginning of the 2022/23 season, she will sing the title role in the new production of Die Dubarry, with which the Vienna Volksoper opens the era of Lotte de Beer's directorship. At the invitation of the Nederlandse Opera Amsterdam, she will make her role debut as the Foreign Princess in the new production of Rusalka. In concert, the artist can be heard with the Fauré Quartet in Düsseldorf and with Shostakovich's Symphony No. 14 in Bremen. A concert tour under the direction of Stefan Blunier will take the soprano to various cities in France. This season, Annette Dasch will again invite audiences to her Dasch Salon at the Alte Oper Frankfurt.

Lieder recitals take her regularly to the Schubertiade Schwarzenberg, the Vienna Musikverein, the Vienna Konzerthaus, the Concertgebouw Amsterdam, the Konzerthaus Dortmund and the Wigmore Hall London as well as the Philharmonics of Cologne and Essen.
Annette Dasch studied at the Hochschule für Musik in Munich, among other places. Her debut CD Armida (SONY) was awarded the ECHO for the best opera recording. Current recordings include Mozart arias (SONY) and the Beethoven symphonies with the Vienna Philharmonic under Christian Thielemann (SONY), Wagner's Lohengrin under Marek Janowski (PentaTone) and Lohengrin from the 2011 Bayreuth Festival (Opus Arte). Other recordings include German Baroque Songs, Schumann's Genoveva, Haydn's Creation, Re Pastore (DG) and Don Giovanni from the Salzburg Festival, Idomeneo from Munich and Nozze di Figaro from Paris.
Annette Dasch was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit on Ribbon in 2014.
